Ramesh Khetani is the Managing Partner and also one of the key founders of ADRK, joining the firm at its inception on January 4, 2024. With over 15 years of exclusive experience in public accounting, Ramesh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. Before ADRK, he spent more than a decade with MBAF/BDO, where he advanced to the role of Audit Experienced Manager in 2022.

Ramesh is both a licensed CPA and a Chartered Accountant, holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accountancy from Gujarat University. He has extensive experience working with private entities and is well-versed in industry guidelines. His results-driven approach and specialized knowledge in PCAOB and Employee Benefit Plans reporting have been invaluable to his clients.

Known for his dynamic team leadership, Ramesh has a proven track record of managing and developing teams of qualified professionals. His nearly 15 years of experience in public accounting encompasses a deep understanding of financial reporting requirements, financial statement preparation and review, and complex audit issues. He specializes in Financial Institutions, Non-Profit Organizations, Hospitality, Country Clubs, Commercial sectors, and Employee Benefit Plans.

In addition to his technical skills, Ramesh excels in talent management, including recruitment, scheduling, planning, and team development. He has trained over 100 assurance professionals, instilling core values of quality and timely deliverables. Ramesh is highly regarded as a trainer, coach, guide, and mentor.
