Before establishing ADRK, Divyesh held significant roles at renowned firms such as MBAF, BDO RISE, and Kaufman Rossin. Divyesh has led the offshore Brokers & Dealers audit practice team at MBAF and offshore Audit Practice for Kaufman Rossin. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Divyesh has served as a faculty member at Miles Education, a leading institution for CPA studies in India.

Divyesh specializes in audits of Manufacturing & Distribution entities, Employee Benefit Plans, auto dealerships, and PCAOB-regulated Brokers & Dealers. He has also been instrumental in training over 100 assurance professionals, showcasing his commitment to developing talent in the field.

Divyesh’s hands-on experience in recruitment, scheduling, and team development further underscores his strategic vision and dedication to excellence in the audit profession. During busy seasons, he has had onsite audit experience in the USA for Brokers & Dealers, Banks, and auto dealerships audits.
