Ahuti Talesra is the CEO and Managing Partner of ADRK and also one of the key founders. She brings more than 25 years of experience working exclusively in public accounting(20 years in US Audit and 5 years in Indian Audit). Prior to ADRK, Ahuti spent 2 years with BDO RISE and 18 years with MBAF, where she served as Audit Director and lead India Audit Practice and also lead Auto-dealership and NFP practice.

She is very passionate about audits and keen to provide timely and accurate services to clients. Her key strengths are creative ways to find solutions and her never-say-no attitude. Her major experience includes managing entire offshore audit practice, delivering quality assurance work (audit, review, compilations), and handling complex consolidations, multiple currency entities of various levels of corporations, and multiple industry experience. She specialized in commercial entities’ financial statement audits, Auto-dealerships, Employee Benefit Plan audits, and NFP (single audits). She has a handful of experience in due diligence, litigation, business valuation, forensic accounting, and fraud audits. She has onsite experience working in the USA and was part of the team for multiple acquisitions, data migration, software implementation, and upgrades.

She also has broad experience in organizational development, strategic planning, and leadership development. She also possesses extensive experience of talent management including recruitment, scheduling, planning, and developing team members with technical skills. She has trained over 200 assurance professionals. She is a great trainer, coach, guide, and mentor to her team.

Ahuti is a licensed CPA (USA) and a fellow member of ICAI. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University and completed her Company Secretary examination (CS). She grew up in Mumbai, India, and currently lives in Ahmedabad. She keeps busy outside of the office spending time with family and friends, especially her daughter. She enjoys traveling to her hometown and likes to explore places and a variety of cuisines.
